Hello! You’ve come to the right place when it comes to knowing about what we’d like from you when you buy from us.

There is a supplemental agreement that you will agree to if you allow for SMS marketing, HERE.

Purchasing

10Tails full and prompt payment for the products & services we offers – no matter physical or digital. (Sorry, Darren – no IOUs for you right now!)

Items are sold as “First Come, First Served”. 10Tails does not, and will not offer reservations beyond preorders.

Once purchased, we will commit to a 2-day turnaround to ensure that your purchase gets to your home as soon as we can!

Please understand that when you are purchasing a product that is defined as a preorder, you will not be receiving that product until we have it within our facilities.

When you purchase a product, you agree that you are allowing 10Tails to periodically send you emails regarding your order. This can include information about its stock, location, when we’re shipping it, and a request to review once received.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, you may be subject to tariff, taxes, and duties. While 10Tails will automatically charge you for taxes, it is your responsibility to cover the costs of any applicable charges of duties or tariff.

If the carrier somehow commits the power of bending doors – that is to say, if your package arrives damaged, it is imperative that you inform us immediately at support@10tails.net so we can file the necessary paperwork to get you a refund.

For boardgames, card games and figures, 10Tails does not offer a warranty on the products you purchase, and cannot guarantee its condition beyond how our package arrives at our facilities. Warranties, if provided, will be provided by the manufacturer of the product directly.

For stickers, keychains, and other creator merchandise, 10Tails offers a 30 day warranty period, in which 10Tails ensures there are no damages arisen from normal use of the product. This warranty does not cover willful neglect, abuse or damage. In order to begin a return, You’ll need to email support@10tails.net.

Refunds & Exchanges

Do not return products without authorization from 10Tails. Your product will be shipped back (at your expense) or disposed of if you continue.

If you are approved for a refund or exchange, you will be provided further instructions.

We will offer a 30 day return period where you can try out the product. Note that we require to be undamaged, and the same quality your product has been shipped out as. For buyer’s remorse type returns, the return postage will be at your expense.

Customized, Personalized, Engraved or modified products are considered damaged at client’s request, and are final sale – these products cannot be returned or exchanged.
