How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yeppers! If you're from the United States (or Canada - we see you too!), we offer free shipping for orders as low as $75, though may increase to a minimum of $100.
Are your products authentic? / Why so cheap?!
Oop. You caught us. We went into your neighbor's cabinet while you weren't looking, and we're selling what we found. (They have some pretty neat stuff, to be fair.)
Well okay, we actually buy the same products from the same distributors as your local game store. The difference? We don't have a storefront to maintain. No rent, no utilities, no staff to keep shelves looking pretty, no fancy displays to convince you to buy things.
Brick-and-mortar stores are expensive to run, and those costs get passed on to you. We skip all that by operating online, storing products efficiently, and shipping in plain packaging. Every penny we save goes back into lower prices for you.
TL;DR: Same authentic products, same distributors, way lower overhead = better prices for our favorite dorks (like you!).
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@10tails.net with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort you out with a replacement or refund.
Can I return something?
That's a question for my good pal, the Refund Policy.
When will you restock x/y/z?
If we sell out of something, you can sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know if and when we get it back in stock. You might be able to custom order a product from us as well - message us for more information. Keep in mind, some products that go might never come back. Sorry!
