10Tails ships all products within 1-2 business days, except Canadian/US national holidays. in the event 10Tails is unable to fulfill your order, your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.

 

For apparel, mats, candles, and stickers: 10Tails prints products when you order, to reduce our environmental impact. This means there'll be a more noticible delay between your order being placed, and your coolest find arriving at your door.
