10Tails works hard to ensure that you get the products you love, but sometimes products just need to go back. Therefore, 10Tails offers 14 days from the date of delivery in case of damage or defects. 10Tails expects the purchaser (We'll call them "you" from now on) to pay for return postage if you are outside Canada.
Don't ship your product back without authorization. You will not get your money back this way.
To prevent scalping, Returns for trading cards are not accepted once the foil has been broken.
Non-defective returns are permitted only on a case-by-case basis, and may be subject to a return processing fee.
